1999th bride - Chapter 18
Chapter 18
Bears and cougars are scary. But today she doesn’t go anywhere, she’s at home. After just one more hour, her body would start to smell very disgusting, and Melissa couldn’t stand it.
‘Where was that piece of soap?’
Once the decision was made, the action was swift. Melissa grabbed the soap, underwear and a dry towel and swung the door open.
‘Hold on, I have to say I’m going to wash up, right?”
He seemed to be in the basement. It’s only a few steps away. It was enough to just go down to find him and announce that she was going out, right?
The right to interrupt him for a moment and take his gaze for a few seconds.
‘Doesn’t it seem…?’
A little sad, but it’s true. Unlike the previous brides, she was merely chatting with him for a bit, it probably means nothing more than that. If she goes out like this and disappears, he’ll probably just dismiss her as it is.
‘If you think so, then just come back safely, right?’
She’s going to the lakeside, so it would be good to catch some fish. Because she hadn’t been able to repay him for the wonderful meal she got from him.
Melissa opens the door inside the food warehouse. She knew there was a cotton trap. Probably the one he uses to catch fish. Today’s goal was to take it out and fill it up.
“I’ll go to the lakeside.”
Still, it was lonely to leave without saying goodbye, so Melissa whispered and left the front door. She already knew where the lake was because he told me a while ago. Go straight at the edge of the garden. Then there was the lake. Melissa found the lake with ease, as there was a trail made by human feet, probably because he always came and went there.
“Oh, cool!” Still, it was better to go near the water than inside the house. Melissa rolled up her sleeves and vigorously installed the trap. she poked her nose in to see if the water might be too deep, but fortunately she can see the bottom. It didn’t look like she would drown and die.
‘There are no people around… of course not!’ This is really good.
Melissa didn’t really like people, even if it wasn’t anthropomorphic. To be precise, she must say that there are only a handful of enemies who have been nice to her. It’s only natural that she enjoys being alone and finds a place with few people.
Melissa took off her clothes without hesitation, folded them neatly and placed them next to a rock. Naked in an instant, she immediately threw herself into the lake.
‘Oh my gosh, it’s so cool.’
She didn’t know how to swim, so she decided to stay in the shallows. Melissa knelt down and wet her body and hair with cold water. Then he turned over and started to float in the lake with her back facing the road where she came from. Beyond the green leaves, the blue sky was so beautiful that it made her eyes shiver.
Relaxation and romance. It was all here. At first, I got scared living alone with my husband, but now, things weren’t really bad.
