Count’s Syrup - Chapter 10
Chapter 10
“Yeah, yes.”
Hans’s voice crawled into Ted’s words just now. The sound of the two footsteps soon faded away. Sophia, who had been curled up and stiff, barely lifted her head.
“It won’t work today.”
Afraid of being discovered, Sophia hurriedly put on her clothes and left the Count’s bedroom. But perhaps because she was frightened and distracted, Sophia couldn’t properly organize the Count’s clothes. After completely forgetting this, she returned to her room and quickly went to bed so as not to be discovered that she had been awake.
And the next morning, the count witnessed with his own two eyes the gruesome sight that had happened to his body. The buttons on his neatly worn top were staggered, and his genitals were half exposed in his pants, whether they were raised or lowered. That alone was shocking enough, but what confused him even more was the clear liquid around the penis.
“…Huh, I don’t know what the case is. In my mansion, in my bedroom.”
No matter how you look at it, there was no doubt that it was a sign of sexual activity. He brushed his messy hair and furrowed his brow. While examining his condition, forgetting to put on clothes right away, he let out a low sigh and took off his clothes. I went closer to the nearby full- length mirror and inspected my body, but other than that, there was no trace left by the other person. Looking into the mirror, deep in thought, he suddenly remembered someone he had often seen in his dreams lately.
“……”
Thinking about what to do, he scratched the back of his neck and moved to the bathroom to cool off his complicated head. After taking a bath and changing clothes, he headed to his office. Sophia was already in the office first.
“Good morning, Count.”
The Count passed by without answering Sophia’s greeting and sat down at his desk. Sophia looked at him, wondering if he had urgent business, but he didn’t even glance at the papers on the desk. The Count was just sitting still.
‘What is he doing?’
Sophia was puzzled that the nobleman, who was always busy, was sitting quietly with his arms folded to pass the time. Perhaps feeling her gaze, the Count’s gaze turned to her. Sitting silently, he lifted his upper body. He leaned against the desk and opened his mouth.
“Hey, Sophia. I think someone broke into my room last night. My clothes are disheveled.”
The moment I heard those words, I felt my heart pounding and sinking. Suddenly, I remembered yesterday that I ran away without organizing his clothes properly. Sophia controlled her nervousness and acted as surprised as possible.
“Oh my god. Are you all right, Count?”
“Hmm, I don’t know whether to say I’m fine or not. That’s what I mean. Somehow I think there’s a culprit on the inside.”
“Ss that so….”
“So I’m thinking who the culprit is.”
