Chapter 36

Mr. Bae’s steps slowed for a while, and the man’s footsteps slowly walking through the darkness were heavy. At a glance, Cheongwoon’s eyes had become cold as he looked at Haehwa’s wrist that had swollen red while being grasped tightly by Mr. Bae. 

“Let her go.”

It was so overbearing that Mr. Bae was frightened and let go of Haehwa’s hand. Haehwa, who quickly retrieved his hand, looked at the man’s face directly.

“uh…?”

Haehwa’s eyes opened wide on his unexpected appearance. On the other hand, Mr. Bae narrowed his eyes and glanced up and down the man who was intercepting him.

“I don’t know who you are, but I don’t care. Just go on your own way.”

Even though, he does not have enough time for this, Mr. Bae did blank out for a moment. So the moment he regain his senses again, he immediately tried to catched Haehwa again.

“Did you not understand? You, leave her alone.”

“I said leave. Haehwa, come here.”

“What are you doing?!”

When Cheongwoon glanced, Haehwa quickly ran to Cheongwoon, avoiding Mr. Bae. When Haehwa was taken away, Mr. Bae’s face turned ugly to a lot. Haehwa escaped while I was not paying attention.

“This new little guy!…What are you doing? Why are you so disobedient?!” He hurriedly chased, but the strange guy intervened and blocked the road ahead, like he did.

The man was already releasing such powerful momentum, but currently, Mr. Bae didn;t even notice it, instead, he just ignored the guy who seemed to be much younger than him.

“Those who are unrelated should just get out of the way! How dare you resist me, this bitch! Why are you still not coming here?!” Haehwa grabbed Cheongwoon’s clothes tightly in fear. Because of the discomfort, the wrinkles thickened between Cheongwoon’s brow.

‘…ha.’

Cheongwoon narrowed his eyebrows with a sigh. Time passed by, and in the end Cheongwoon went to find Haehwa when there was no sign of her returning. 

‘Damn little girl.’ 

She doesn’t even know how scary this world is, where did think she was going? When I found her, I promised to reprimand her. But when I saw her being dragged away by a man, I thought my eyes immediately turned dark.
