Fake wife - Chapter 24
Chapter 24
They seemed to be talking about something but there’s not much sound in my ears. Just because I’m not sane it dispersed into the air. But that didn’t matter very much. He probably wasn’t expecting an answer from me either, and we were engrossed in a physical conversation. He pushed me and I accepted him. A sound like a sob came out of my mouth. Soon, my mind went blank, and an uncontrollable pleasure came over me. The sensation of reorganizing the cells of my body dominated me. Pascal also gritted his teeth and groaned. The hand that was holding me was also strong. He’s the last thing in my limp body.
It was as if he would pour out his desire. My convulsing body was restrained with just the right feeling. It was languid and satisfying. Even though the feeling of bare skin against each other was the best, it wasn’t bad to have a layer of cloth soaked in sweat and water wrapped around it. I smiled lightly as I struggled to lift my eyelids that were heavy with exhaustion. I lowered my stiff head and rubbed my forehead against his chest. It was my own expression of not having the strength to lift a finger. But when he jumped up, I felt the need to express myself verbally. It was so obvious that he was thinking differently than I was as he wiped my body dry with rough movements.
“Pascal… there…”
“Go to bed.”
“No, that’s…”
“Please, Katarina. Please allow me.”
Isn’t it really against the law to spit out such earnest words with such a sorrowful voice, such anxious eyes, Grand Duke? And I realized again. He’s really handsome, I know that I’m weak to this man. In the end, I was dragged to the bed and cried under him for several hours before I could finally get out of his arms. I really couldn’t move at all.
Sword Master’s stamina is really, it was downright embarrassing. No, once you wrap it up, it shrinks, and isn’t it normal for you to be a little tired? However, unlike me, who is completely exhausted and stretched out like a corpse, even after packing so much, he is a monster who wakes up and even orders room service. Next time, no matter how pitiful he may be, he won’t let go. I made a promise, staring at the back of his head with determined eyes.
“Why are you looking at me like that, Mrs.”
“Are you asking because you don’t know?”
The man who tried to soothe me with a round smile hardened his face and seriously apologized. “I’m sorry. It was too much.”
“Please be moderate next time.”
“Keep that in mind.”
I tried to get myself up somehow, only to realize that I had no strength in my hands, legs, or waist, and I slumped again. Pascal approached as if to support me, so I stopped him with a glance.
“Pascal, let’s talk for a minute.” He took a seat on the chair next to the bed, perhaps feeling my sincerity. “I want to tell you something very important.”
“Speak.”
“Pascal, do you know how children are born?”
His face, which had been hardened with seriousness, was relieved with doubt. Seeing the bewildered face, as if he didn’t understand the purpose of my question, somehow made me laugh.
“I’m sorry, Katarina. have a question well….”
“Shall I ask a different question? Do you know about birth control?”
“Ah.”
He let out a low exclamation, as if he had finally realized the intent of my question. Then he looked at me with a somewhat apologetic face.
“Of course, I took the medicine faithfully. You will never have an unwanted pregnancy.”
“I expected it. It would have been better if you had told me in advance.”
The first time I realized it, it was about the nape of my neck, but I soon thought it couldn’t be. Because that perfect man wouldn’t have done it without my consent, at least without a word. Contraceptive pills in this world boasted 100% probability whether they were for men or women.
“I’m sorry. I was lacking in consideration.”
I just nodded. My throat was sore, so I wanted to keep my words as low as possible. However, I wanted to finish this story as soon as I opened the water.
“I’m saying this just in case, Pascal. Do you want another heir besides Theodore?”
He visibly flinched. He looked at me with emotionless eyes for a moment, then closed his eyes and washed his face dry. I could feel the answer from that action, but I kept my mouth shut and waited for the answer to come out of his mouth.
“Tell me honestly. I’ve wanted you since the first time I mentioned marriage to you.”
“Then why didn’t you mention it when you wrote the contract?”
“I was afraid that if I talked about the child, you would not accept my marriage proposal. It was my selfishness. Sorry.”
“Yes. You were so selfish.”
